FAIVRE: A family story, hands-on expertise, and a vision for the future!
For over 60 years, FAIVRE has been developing its expertise in aquaculture. The company draws on recognised technical know-how and a practical understanding of the day-to-day realities of fish farming.
One year after the company’s ownership transition, this family story continues with Frédéric Faivre and Claude-Henri Faivre, now co-managing directors of FAIVRE.
Frédéric Faivre: A career shaped by FAIVRE
At the helm since 2011, Frédéric Faivre has spent his entire career at FAIVRE, working alongside his father, the company’s founder. Over the years, he has contributed to the company’s growth and development.
His knowledge of FAIVRE’s teams, markets and activities is a valuable asset in driving the company forward.
Claude-Henri Faivre: Expertise rooted in the field
A former fish farmer, Claude-Henri Faivre understands the day-to-day realities of the profession. He later joined FAIVRE, where he spent several years as Production and Purchasing Manager.
Following the departure of Jean-Louis Faivre and Aubert Faivre, he became co-managing director of FAIVRE.
His background in fish farming gives him a clear understanding of fish farmers’ needs and the challenges they face. This practical experience complements his industrial expertise and his knowledge of aquaculture equipment.
Two complementary backgrounds, one shared ambition
Frédéric Faivre and Claude-Henri Faivre have different but complementary backgrounds. Both have an in-depth understanding of the company, its activities and the challenges facing the aquaculture industry.
Today, they continue to develop FAIVRE, building on the company’s history and established expertise.
FAIVRE remains a family story, shaped by continuity, experience and know-how.
