The Pescavision 300 counter is designed for high speed counting during fish transfer from 30g to 1kg. The Pescavision 300 is made for high speed counting, 9 tonnes per hour for 300g fish.
It is designed to be placed at the outlet of a fish pump like the Pescamotion 30 (6″).
Our Pescavision 300 is very simple to setup, there are no electronic adjustments to do. You just have to install it on the grader’s outlet pipe to adjust its level and plug it to a power socket.

Product description
8 channels for faster counting
The design of the counter’s inlet is designed to ensure an equal distribution in each of its 8 channels.
4 wheels and adjustable height
You can easily move the Pesvision 300 thanks to its 4 rubber tyred wheels. Its aluminium frame is equipped with 4 height-adjustable stainless steel feet, which makes it easy to adapt to many situations on the farm.
Separators for better counting accuracy
A set of 3 plastic separators is supplied with the counter.
Placed in the counter, this ensures the fish to pass one by one in front of the infrared cells.
LCD screen
An LCD screen offers a real time display of the counted fish.
Thanks to the backlighting of the screen, the numbers are perfectly readable in all situations.
Touchscreen central control unit
A central control unit gathering the information of the 3 counters has been integrated on the side of the Heliovision grader.
A counting report in Pdf format can be exported on an USB key and transferred to your computer.
The touch screen will provide the following information:
– Number of fish counted for each counter
– Total number of counted fish
– Last counting record.
– Counting time.
Infrared technology
Infrared emitters, placed on the top of the counting channel, illuminate the receivers located under the channel’s bottom. A fish that cuts the beam is immediately scored.
This technology, coupled with our fish separation system, provides an accurate and efficient count of live fish.
